Custom Penthouse Condo Project

This condo located on the waters edge on the North Shore was once twin penthouses, that was renovated into one large custom home. My clients wanted this new condo to be warm and welcoming and described the finished aesthetic as wanting it to fell like "a warm hug"! A neutral color scheme in chocolate, caramel and cream with punctuations of bold black and rich, earthy rust ensure a inviting atmosphere on gray Vancouver days. Custom stained and designed millwork in Walnut throughout offers a warm, elegant and cohesive aesthetic. Large format porcelain tiles mimicking Travertine incorporated throughout offers a classic and timeless appeal. Sculpted caramel carpet with a wave design celebrates the movement of the sea and sky. Two opulent Onyx stone slabs incorporated showcase the beauty of Mother Nature in the master ensuite and powder room, while exotic granite dresses the bathrooms throughout offering rich depth and interest. The kitchens double islands are dressed in exotic granite and are support by a light quartz counter running the perimeter of the room.

A thoughtful lighting plan introducing task and accent lighting ensured the ability to layer light for ambience and drama, while modern crystal fixtures offer dancing spectrums of color that dazzle. Through the use of luxurious quality materials and products as well as an inviting and classic color scheme successfully support the tastes of my clients. Thoughtfully designed social and private spaces introduced in separate living wings allow my clients to celebrate the love of entertaining, while other family members are not disturbed.
