Penthouse Living Condo Project

This brand new penthouse condo had all the beautiful bones & stunning views that this family dreamed of. The only issue was that it was a baron, empty shell that needed to be dressed and equipped with all the daily essentials needed to make it a comfortable and inviting turn key home. Vancouver was my clients new home and they wanted to make a fresh start with all new furnishings & decor to celebrate this new family home. The backdrop color scheme of taupe and white was enhanced by introducing burnt reds and gold as accents. Visual interest was introduced through subtle, tactile wall coverings in the powder room and master bedroom. The 3 bedrooms were given individual personalities reflective of the personal color preferences of each of the family members. The master bedroom incorporates the soothing color of aqua teamed with gold and cream making for a calm retreat. The guest bedroom/office introduces hits of rich burnt red for added drama, while the boys bedroom was all about primary colors for a fun and playful space to call his own. The penthouse boasts a large wrap around deck that offers space to enjoy the outdoors by the fire pit or dine comfortably as the sun sets off on the horizon.
